By accessing the website, you are consenting to abide by these terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must refrain from using the Website.

The Website and all Content is operated and owned by HUT-E ABN 84957959204 (hut-E).
2. The utilization of the website
You are only permitted to utilize the Website and its Content for personal purposes unless hut-E grants express written consent. You must not:

HUT-E will not be held liable to you for any losses, damages, liabilities, claims, or expenses incurred due to your use of the Website, including the use of any information provided on it, except in cases where such losses arise directly from
HUT-E's fraud, negligence, or wrongful act or omission. These Terms do not restrict your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
4. Ending the use
You have the freedom to discontinue your use of the Website at any time, for any reason.
HUT-E retains the right, at its sole discretion and acting reasonably, to suspend or terminate the access to the Website of any user without prior notice, where such action is deemed to be in our legitimate interests, including but not limited to instances of a breach of these Terms. Such suspension or termination will not affect the rights or liabilities of either party.
HUT-E may disclose any pertinent information we possess about a user concerning an investigation or allegation of a breach of these Terms, or of a law or regulation. HUT-E reserves the right to identify or initiate legal action against any individual found to be violating these Terms, which may include seeking injunctive relief.

The Website contains copyright, data, text, software, images, graphics, trademarks, logos, interfaces, photographs, and other intellectual property (Content) owned, controlled by, or licensed to HUT-E. You are permitted to view the Content for your personal non-commercial use only. Any other use of the Website or Content requires express written consent from HUT-E.
6. Modification of terms
HUT-E reserves the right to alter these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Website implies your acceptance of any modifications. HUT-E will not individually notify you of these changes, thus it is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms for any alterations.
7. Cancellations initiated by us:
HUT-E retains the right to cancel your Order under certain circumstances and may reject your Order for any reason. In the event that HUT-E cancels or rejects your Order, efforts will be made to notify you accordingly. Any payments made will be refunded according to these terms.
8. Cancellation initiated by you:
If you cancel your HUT-E Order on the day of delivery or collection, or after the order has been packed and dispatched, you may not be eligible for a refund. Refunds can only be requested once we have received the package or received order back in the same condition from the customer, at the buyer's expense.
HUT-E will not be responsible for refunds for any damage to the product or order caused by factors outside of our control. However, if the damage is genuine a for a refund, only store credit will be provided by HUT-E.
9. Allergies:
HUT-E assumes no liability for any allergic reactions resulting from the products we sell. We advise customers to verify allergy information before consuming or purchasing food items. If uncertain, HUT-E recommends refraining from buying the product. HUT-E will not provide financial coverage for customers' healthcare expenses, including bills from general practitioners, hospitals, or any other health-related or emotional costs.
10. Unable to deliver Order:
If there is no one available or no appropriate person present at the Delivery Address to receive the HUT-E Order, and HUT-E cannot access the Delivery Address or nominated spot, the order will be left at a suitable spot for unattended deliveries. Once the order is delivered, HUT-E will not be liable for any theft, loss, or other incidents. If customers wish for the order to be delivered directly into the hands of an appropriate person, a charge of $20 will be applied.
11. Fees and Charges
You acknowledge and agree to pay the following fees and charges associated with any Order you place through the Site, which is accepted:
-The agreed-upon purchase price for each Product ordered.

-Market Shipping fee
-the cancellation fee for a Order
-GST and Tax
12. Click and Collect
Products ordered through Click & Collect, which are in stock at the relevant location, are typically available for collection within 1-3 business days from the time you place your order. The HUT-E location you selected for collecting your Products will retain your Order for 7 days from the date you receive your Collection Confirmation Email. If your Order is not collected within this 7-day period, it will be canceled, and you will receive a refund for the canceled Order. A packaging charge of $10 will be applied for canceled orders.
When you or your designated alternate pick-up person collects your Order, you/they will be required to present a copy of your Collection Confirmation Email along with a valid form of ID (such as a passport or driving license). Additionally, you/they may be asked to sign for the collection of the Products.
Once your Products have been collected, you will receive an email confirmation from HUT-E indicating that the Products have been collected, along with the name of the individual who collected them.
13. Additional
In our commitment to safeguarding the safety and well-being of our staff and delivery partner drivers, we reserve the right to:
• Refuse to accept or cancel your Order/s.
• Restrict or remove access to your account and/or ability to place an Order (including in relation to your account details or Delivery Address). • Refuse delivery of your Order or delivery of any order to your specified Delivery Address.
• You understand that a HUT-E Product you order may be out of stock or temporarily unavailable. In such instances, we may not be able to fulfill your request for that particular Product.
• For HUT-E Orders paid for using certain payment methods (such as debit and credit cards), we may pre-authorize the amount payable for your Order and only charge you the full amount adjusted to account for any out-of-stock items or weight-ranged products supplied below the maximum weight at the time we pick your Order.
• If you experience any issues with your Product (such as missing items), please contact us via email within 6 hours after the delivery time and we will endeavor to work to resolve the issue.
